being

being

where can one find justice
if not found in the place
which the cost is served
where can one find freedom
if definition of liberty
bounds acres of self-interest
where can one find peace
if at every seeking
a mortal debt is paid
where can one find oneness
if assimilation seats the throne
and the illusion of separation reigns
I find myself asking questions
never once pondered
and even in that,
a question beckons asking
“why ever, haven’t I?”
to which is the journey
can you even be as lonely as I am?
elevate thyself
and you will see
loneliness is but an attachment
of relativity
that which you crawl to
or crawl from
is the power you draw from
for the power I animate
is a divine source
a sense, a summoning, a call
beckoning I awake,
rise and erect!
resurrect and reveal
restore and reclaim
a rebirth and renewal
a re-memberment of parts
whole once more
as potential for ascension
revives my soul
so I may fall…
but Never
will I Ever,
crawl again
and there comes a time
for a voice to be heard
and a ground to be shook
at all cost!
for cost,
is but a mere illusion
of separation.
and fear,
spawn of
possession.
true life
is lived
when truth is
perspective is gained
when identity is found
and power is unlimited
from its primordial source
therefore I say,
let thy heart and mind
align
for now
is such a time!
I envy the frog on the lily pad
so I meditate
hovering the waters
and when drift sets in
my reptilian mind subsides
the frog and I
are at-one-ness the same
peace abides
