Real-I-Ties(Realities)

November 27, 2021 by Russell Wardlow Leave a Comment

perspective is dubious
on one end
it is objective
emanating from lived experience
and on the other,
subjective
blossoming from preference
spawned from lived experience
in a way,
subjectivity is the progeny of objectivity

yet I proclaim!
it is neither just
objective
and subjective
it is also
Illusion
filled with objects of subjectivity
whence the pillars henceforth
are illusory
given reality
is what one believed it to be

therefore,
is it real-
concrete, static, predictable?
or temporary-
dynamic and
manipulated by chance and physical phenomena?
and what of eternity,
veiled beyond one’s senses?

the unseen forces
the chorus of music
and harmony of vibrations
singing at their various speeds
pontificating tangibles
and philosophizing intangibles
holding all things in Order
only asking Balance in return
from us All

although human hubris
rejects such capitulation
as our senses
offer too much authority
to the perceived
that the essence escaping our grasps

now the delusions we live, set in
and the Real I Tie myself to
called, “Realities”
so too do you
but whom is whose is who?
subjectively speaking
there is no objectivity
and subjectivity bears no absolutes
only objects
relative to one’s own experiences
and the perspective thenceforth

objectivity can only be that of nature’s law
guarding our illusive dominion-
the Real I’m Tied to
with You
Reality.
