Can the Answer
Be the Method
Or the Method,
The Answer?
Are they distinguished separately
or one in the same?

Note to Self

April 22, 2022 by Russell Wardlow Leave a Comment

And I look to the Sun-
Magnificent Manifestor-
for it is You
whom unconditionally gives life
to the things of earth-
my body.

And Mother Moon-
Natural and Wondrous Nurturer-
it is You
whom unconditionally loves and sustains
the things of earth-
my body.

Contemplating the Heredity
and Inheritance of All
To know You
Is to Remember who I Am

And with each blink
I experience both Sun and Moon-
night and day-
as well as
life death resurrection

Life,
is always the last one standing

Do not bemoan
that you’ve asked
instead, reap All
which is gained
so that you may come to know
what arrives with desires
and the extent of reciprocity
for to ask, is also, to give

Geysers

April 20, 2022 by Russell Wardlow Leave a Comment

suppress your fire until the place
where it can be fully expressed,
is presented.

and this is where preparation meets
opportunity, consumed by the
moment, now succumb to
inspiration and embrace
being possessed by the
engulfing inner flames of
passion!

and this is when who you are
arises, for all to witness,
and as you reap from feelings
honed, they experience the awe of
control, focus realization
and resilience.

right now is about the right time
and it’s high time what’s been
held beneath, breaches the skyline,
and this is what
you call the act of freedom-
the allure and desire of All!

most will watch, few will experience
now feast thy eyes, for I will
be a geyser for all to see
once I Am set free.

The Pain You Reap

April 13, 2022 by Russell Wardlow Leave a Comment

to know life
is to know peace
to not understand
life,
is to know pain
in the pursuit of
peace
and to be
oblivious,
is to make peace
with pain
or say I think
because
the pleasure you seek…

For Granted

April 12, 2022 by Russell Wardlow Leave a Comment

you don’t hear me
even though
you push me to be
heard
turning up the volume even
so that I can be
heard
while you tune past
the station
comfortable with knowing
it exists
but not experiencing
enough
to truly understand
what’s being experienced
